Elliptic sentence: pengertian, rumus, dan contoh dalam bahasa Inggris - Elliptic atau elliptical sentence atau yang sering disebut dengan ellipsis atau construction adalah penggabungan dua buah kalimat memiliki unsur atau bagian yang sama dengan tujuan untuk membuat kalimat majemuk dan menghilangkan pengulangan kata yang tidak diperlukan.

- He has studied but sari has not studied.
- Bani doesn't speak english but doni does.

- Both bima and ani are smart
5. Not only...but also..
- Not only you but also I'm going to school
6. Neither..Nor
- Neither I nor she is happy
7. Either...Or
- You speak either english or java.
